WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION AT PAWFESSIONAL PET CARE?
We are open daily from 11:00AM – 8:00PM.
We are closed on certain Holidays, therefore we can not accommodate arrivals or departures on: New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year, and Christmas Day. Please call to enquire.
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Yes, we love visitors! You may visit us anytime from 11:00AM – 8:00PM. No appointment is necessary. During Peak Hours / Holidays, please drop us a line to check our availability.

MAY I DROP OFF MY PET IN THE MORNING AND PICKUP AFTER WORK?
Yes. Dropoff and pickup timings are between 11:00AM – 8:00PM. We request that you pick up your pet on time, or before, to avoid incurring a late fee. We will be contacting you at the end of the grooming session. We offer hassle-free pickup/dropoff services with a transportation fee.
I WANT A SPECIFIC TRIM FOR MY PET, ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY PREFERENCE?
Please inform us at the time of booking and we will advise you on the most suitable style for your pet. You may show us a picture for our reference.
MAY I BRING MY OWN SHAMPOO?
Yes! If your pet has a special medicated shampoo, please bring along with you! However, we would recommend using our preferred range of shampoo for better grooming results.
MY PET HAS TEMPERAMENT ISSUES. CAN I SEND IT FOR GROOMING?
For the safety of our staff member, we may evaluate your pet’s condition on a case by case basis. It is advisable that your pet is trained and rehabilitated by a professional personnel before going for a grooming session. Pawfessional Pet Care reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet that demonstrates aggressive behaviour, or fail to meet our temperament policies.
MY PET HAS FLEA/TICKS ISSUES. CAN I SEND IT FOR GROOMING?
For the safety of other pet guests, we strongly advise that your pet is currently on flea/tick prevention. We undertake stringent measures to ensure a clean & comfortable environment for our pet guests.
MY PET’S FUR IS ALL MATTED. MAY I REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC TRIM / STYLE?
We will assess the coat condition and advise on the most suitable style for your pet. In most cases, we will recommend a shave down as the detangling process may cause stress, pain and discomfort to your pet (please note that more than 1 grooming session may be required if your pet is severely matted). Prices of dematting will vary according to the size of your pet & condition of coat. We strongly encourage to keep a manageable fur length for easy maintenance. There is a high chance that your pet’s skin will become irritated during the clipping process. We will use a medicated shampoo to help sooth any irritation that may occur. Matted coats can cause a variety of skin & health problems. Matted fur does not allow for air circulation to the skin, causing hot spots, bacterial and fungal infections. Fleas, ticks and other parasites may be lurking in the coat causing further skin infections. The best way to prevent tangling/matting is frequent brushing.
WHAT IS PAWCATION DAYCARE?
Daycare is a cage free, supervised environment where multiple, compatible furry friends play together in our indoor play area. Every furry guest will attend an Evaluation Day, where we will check his/her temperament, play style, and energy levels. Daycare is available daily from 11am – 8pm, Monday – Sunday. We request that you pick up your pet on time, or before, to avoid incurring a late fee.
DO I NEED TO MAKE DAYCARE RESERVATIONS?
Pet owners must produce their NRIC or Passport upon registration. We highly recommend reservations especially during the Peak / Holiday seasons. We do accept walk-ins, however, daycare is limited to the ratio of furry guests to staff members. Hence, pet owners are strongly encouraged to make reservations in advance to avoid disappointment.
WHICH VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR MY DOG TO STAY AT PAWFESSIONAL PET CARE?
All pets must produce a vaccination card.
Pawfessional Pet Care requires that all of our canine guests have the following vaccinations against common contagious diseases such as: Canine Distemper, Parvovirus, Canine Infectious Hepatitis (Adenovirus), Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza.
All pets must be in good health and must not have or been exposed to any contagious or communicable illnesses within 30 day period prior to check-in.
Any pets showing signs of diarrhoea, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, lack of normal activity, lameness, fever, coughing, sneezing, unusual bad odour, cuts / wounds or injuries may not attend our daycare program.
Any pets in the final stages of any terminal illnesses may be considered with written documentation from a veterinarian.
Puppies must be at least 12 weeks of age (3 months old) and have completed their first two series of vaccinations.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS REQUIRED BESIDES VACCINATIONS?
We require that all pet guests be on a monthly Flea/Tick parasite treatment program. There is a mandatory detick upon arrival to eliminate any possible fleas and ticks. We follow this stringent policy to keep our facility parasite-free which protects each and every pet guest staying at Pawfessional Pet Care.
WHAT IF MY PET REQUIRES SPECIAL ATTENTION?
For furry guests that require special attention or are less sociable - some examples are: shy dogs or dogs that do not do well in a pack environment, dogs that just like to be by themselves, females on heat, unneutered males, and senior dogs with decreased mobility. Staying in a suite is suitable for them with individual playtimes with a Pawfessional Staff Member and individual potty breaks. Additional charges may apply for extensive personalized care.
WILL YOU ACCEPT MY FEMALE DOG THAT IS ON HEAT?
Unspayed female dogs on heat are subjected to pre-entry evaluation assessment. For the safety of your pet and other pet guests, there will be individual playtimes with a Pawfessional Staff Member and potty breaks. Due to the extra cleanup and care for your pet, there will be an additional fee on top of our Daycare rate.
WILL YOU ACCEPT INTACT MALES?
For the safety of your pet and other pet guests, there will be individual playtimes with a Pawfessional Staff Member and potty breaks.
WHAT DO I BRING WITH MY DOG ON DAY OF ARRIVAL AT PAWFESSIONAL PET CARE?
Please make sure that you bring the following documents / items:
• Pet owner’s proof of identity
• Pet vaccination card (please request for a soft copy or print-out from your vet should you not have the vaccination card with you)
• AVA pet licensing record
• Microchip number
• Flea/Tick prevention
• Your pet’s neutering record
• To complete application forms upon arrival
• To help your pet acclimate to the new environment, you may also bring along their own bedding, toys, food, treats, dishes and other daily necessities. If your pet does not have a special diet, we do provide complimentary meals fueled by Purina® Pro Plan® Pet Food – Nutrition That Performs!
• Collar & Leash or Harness
• Medication, allergies, and health information (if any)
For the safety of your pet and other pet guests, we strongly advise that all pets entering or exiting our premise must be on a leash or in a carrier.
You will be asked to sign-off on all the items that you bring at Check-in to ensure all the items are accounted for during your pet’s stay and at Check-out.

WHAT ARE THE RATES IF I ONLY REQUIRE DAYCARE FOR HALF A DAY?
We do not offer hourly rates. Half-day will cost 50% of our full-day rates.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PET REQUIRES EMERGENCY CARE?
We have our on-call vet support during any emergencies. You may provide an emergency contact or your preferred veterinary clinic details. Cost of additional services and transportation fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the veterinary bill.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pawfessional Pet Care reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet guest for any reason, at any point of time, who lacks proof of vaccinations, display signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, demonstrate aggressive behaviour, or fail to meet our standard health and temperament policies. All rates are in Singapore Dollars & subject to change without prior notice. Prices are subject to $15 surcharge during Public Holidays and Peak Season.
